We had contact with Tammy. She was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We rented an inside storage unit & the only complaint I have is the lighting. There is no light inside the unit which can be an issue.

The website price was not clear or complete. At the office, additional charges were made, and the website "offer" did not match what I was told in the office. Left me with kind of an icky feeling.

I priced many facilities, many when called where not friendly, or lacked important information needed to answer basic questions. Public Storage was accurate, detailed, and forthcoming about all cost and charges as well as knowledgeable about the location and details of the storage site in question. Pricing is quite reasonable. Very professional. Advertised business hours always kept. Facilities are clean, security gates and equipment all work well at all times. On-site operator at our facility is always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a worry and hassle free solution to storage.
